Not Cereal
In a cereal bowl, mix together equal parts
(a tablespoon each is about right for a single serving):
almond meal
shredded coconut
flax meal
chopped nuts (optional)
Mix in Hot Almond Milk, Coconut Milk or Water until you reach a desired thickness. Hot Not Cereal will thicken if you let it set for a little while.
(OPTIONAL: If you like your cereal thick, add 1/8 to 1/4 Glucommanan)
Other optional ingredients you could add would be:
cinnamon
nutmeg
berries
chia seeds
pumpkin seeds
